To book a tattoo with us at Serenity Ink, you must be 18 years or older. We may ask you for proof of age in a form of physical ID upon arrival, so please be sure to have that to hand before your scheduled appointment.

Piercing age range starts from 8 years for lobe piercings. Anyone under the age of 16 must be attended by a parent/guardian with physical ID present for both client and attendee. Genital piercings are strictly 18+

After attending your appointment, it is the client's responsibility to maintain the appropriate aftercare to heal their fresh tattoo/piercing. Aftercare instructions and solutions/creams will be provided to you after your appointment (piercing saline solution and Aquaphor cream is at an additional price yet is essential for your tattoo/piercing aftercare healing). If you have any concerns about your tattoo/piercing healing, please don't hesitate to contact your artist/piercer.

Bookings can be made on this website with the "book online" tab. You will be required to leave a small deposit to secure your booking. If you are over 30 minutes late to your appointment, you may be subject to lose your deposit. If you are running late/need to reschedule your booking, please contact the shop. Contact details can be found at the bottom of this page.
